As the friendly face of our hotel, GSA's must have a relatable personality and the desire to work with people.
As a part of our Front Office Team, Guest Service Agents are responsible for communicating in a welcoming and efficient manner, while ensuring our guest needs are our top priority.
Qualified applicants must be Friendly, Authentic, Caring, and Thoughtful.
This is a rotating shift including weekends and holidays.
A passion for guest services, ability to work unsupervised, and a steady work history are necessary.
Previous reception/hotel experience is preferred but not necessary.
We are currently delivering great service so NO PHONE CALLS ALLOWED.
