o You must also be able to lift up to 50 pounds and push, pull, or carry heavy objects.

o You must be able to climb ladders and work in small hot crawl spaces.
Duties:
o Perform residential and light commercial maintenance on HVAC, Electrical, and Generator systems.
Maintain a clean work vehicle and stocked inventory.
o Maintain other equipment and tools and ensure proper working order of company property.
o Assist co-workers.
o Properly follow and execute all company procedures.
o Perform other duties beyond your job description as assigned.
