Log all work orders into company system software.
Dispatch work orders to the field techs according to priority.
Report work order status as required by manager.
Maintain invoice log for plumbing invoices.
Provide purchase orders to the vendors.
Job file set up for all plumbing work orders.
Submit office supply orders as needed.
Forward faxes and emails to appropriate personnel.
Answer all incoming phone calls from 7:

to 5:

m.
Scheduling and managing service calls and estimates.
Managing warranty claims.
Typing, filing and various office duties.
Job Requirements:
Strong communication skills with technicians and customers.
An upbeat team player personality.
Dependable transportation to and from work.
Pass background check.
Computer skills.
Experience in dispatching.
Ability to multi-task.
