Ensure that all calls are answered in a quick, warm, and upbeat manner during office hours.
Consistently provide all guests and clients with our agency's 5-star service.
Keep all necessary supplies in stock by maintaining inventory and proactively ordering through the defined procurement process Promote productivity by improving the look, flow, and feel of the agency Create and maintain an aesthetically pleasing environment Maintain and organize client accounts Create and maintain relationships with all team members, clients, and guests by being a warm, welcoming presence Continuously enhance agency culture and happiness factor with clients and team members Work closely with the team to maintain schedules, improve client satisfaction, and workload distribution in the office Support planning and execution of agency and community events Exhibit continuous growth in the areas of teamwork and personal integrity Complete various administrative and servicing tasks Other duties as assigned Position:
