The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, exhibit patience, possess excellent communication skills and have the ability to multitask.
The Concierge also must remain calm and professional during emergency or confrontational situations as they are often the first impression of the community.
Concierge (Duties)Reports directly to the Executive DirectorGreets visitors seeing information about the property.
Be responsive to the needs of people who inquire about the about the property and/or who are in the building for meetings with administrative personnel.
Direct visitors to appropriate office or resident apartment.
Answers telephones, record and channel information.
Performs clerical duties for property staff as directed by supervisor.
Provide assistance in the dining room serving resident meals, as requested.
Provides support to the community's marketing effortsPerforms other duties consistent with the position assigned.
Concierge (Qualifications)High school diploma or equivalentExperience with Microsoft software, preferredExcellent customer service skills
